Marie’s workforce consists of herself and four other women (3 of which are working moms) who share her passion for creativity and service, and although some might consider their team lean, there is no doubt that it is an extremely effective one. Together, they boast over 30 years of professional experience which have been channeled into the development of MFI’s day-to-day mission and vision for the firm’s future. Marie’s strategy has been to hire first-rate team members based on their passion and experience as opposed to hiring high volumes of staffers based on immediate need.
