Paul K. Pylate
September 23, 1962 - May 11, 2014

Paul K. Pylate, age 51, of McKinney, Texas, passed away May 11, 2014. Paul was born September 23, 1962, in Lubbock, Texas, to Patrick Wayne and Marjorie Jean (Ueckert) Pylate. He grew up in Fredericksburg, Texas and graduated from high school there in 1980. Paul graduated from Texas A & M University with a bachelor degree in horticulture. He was in the Corps at A & M. Paul owned and operated Fischer-Pylate Heating and Air Conditioning for 30 years and had many clients in Dallas and Collin counties. Paul was loved much by his customers and also loved them as family in return. He had 3 generations of families that continued client relationships and in 2013 his son, Kyle Pylate, joined to be the 3rd generation AC/Heating professional. Their mission was honesty and integrity and Paul was always a man of his word!
He is survived by his wife, Sarah Bray Pylate; daughter, Sharla Bray; mother of his children, Deb Pylate; their children, Rachel Pylate, Kyle Pylate, and Sarah Pylate; father, Pat Pylate and wife, Marlene; mother, Jean Knoblock and husband, Don; brothers, Dave Pylate and wife, Dawn, John Pylate and wife, Jackie, and Eric Schindler; and nieces and nephews, Hannah, Brandon, Mackenzie, Jason, and Gabrielle.
Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 13, 2014, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel in Allen, Texas. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen. The family will receive friends during a visitation from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m., Monday evening at the funeral home.
