Uecker, David Neal

David Neal Uecker, 49, passed away at his home near Johnson City Sunday, September 27, 2009 in Johnson City.  David was born in Fredericksburg to Welmuth “Buddy” Uecker and Dorothy Lindig Uecker. He was preceded in death by his father Buddy Uecker.  David is survived by his mother, Dorothy; brother, Myron Uecker and wife Mary of Johnson City; sister, Brenda Stone & husband Austin of Tularosa, NM; and aunt, Elizabeth Crenwelge of Fredericksburg.  He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and dear friends. Visitation will be 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Wednesday, September 30, 2009 at Crofts Funeral Home, Johnson City.  Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday, October 1, 2009 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Stonewall, TX.  Interment will follow in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, Stonewall.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church, Stonewall, TX or LBJ High School Memorial Scholarship Fund.
