On Aug. 12, family and friends of the late Michael "Kyle" Clark '90 of Flower Mound gathered in a private ceremony at the Clayton W. Williams, Jr. Alumni Center to donate his Aggie Ring to The Association of Former Students' Memorial Ring Collection. Clark,
a speech communications major at Texas A&M University, ended his decade-long fight with cancer on Nov. 15, 2009.
His wife, Ley Clark, was among the more than 80 family members and friends who attended the ceremony, which represented the Class of 1990. A encouraging and selfless person, “the Class of ’90 will be well-represented by Kyle. He was a loyal, friendly soul who
truly embraced life,” said Kathryn Greenwade '88, vice president of The Association of Former Students, who knew Clark while he was at Texas A&M.
