Birth: Aug. 22, 1915
Death: Jul. 14, 2006

WORLD WAR II
Born in Bonham, TX, he came to the Naples area in 1942 as a B-17 pilot, instructing gunnery training over Naples beach and the Gulf area. In 1945, he became a Naples businessman, owning a successful retail clothing store on 5th Ave. So. He held various responsible positions on the Naples City Council. He was a superb athlete, attending Texas A&M University on a football scholarship. He later provided his expertise for Naples' first football team, and also coached Little League Baseball. He is survived by his wife Helen. He made the world a better place and will be loved and missed by all who knew him.
