Francisco Reynaldo Rios Jr., went home to be with the Lord on Friday May 2nd, 2008 at the age of 44. He was born May 28th, 1963 in Laredo, TX. Frank is preceded in death by his father Francisco Reynaldo Rios Sr. He is loved and missed by his wife Georgia Rios and children Nathan Reynaldo Rios, Francisco Reynaldo Rios III, Deanna Marie Rios and step children George Valdez and Valerie Flores, son-in law Roberto Flores and grandchildren George Jr., Nicolas Draven, and Adrian Luke. Also, loving mother Maria Elena Rios, sisters Raquel Rios Koch and Marisa Rios Gonzalez, brothers in-law Karl Koch and Joe Gonzalez, father and mother-in-law Armin and Francis Moeller, sisters-in-law Annette Thompson, Mary Baldry, Cindy and Carol Moeller, brother-in-law Lee Moeller, and nieces and nephews Crystal, Monica, Lindsey, Christopher, Amanda, Marisa, Reyna, Christopher, Nicole, Alyssa, Austin, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins, to include Julia Vela, Dr. Arturo Rios, Johnny Rios, Jaime Vela, Jacob and Daniel Anderson, and Rick and Augustine Jr.
Frank will be remembered for his love of classic mustangs, his talent for architecture and his ability to make people laugh. He was a member of My Friend's House Christian Fellowship and also participated in the Street Stylin' Stangs Club. I tell you the truth no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again. John 3:3 Frank, you will be dearly missed and we will see you in heaven.
Visitation will begin on Sunday, May 4, 2008, from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm, at the Castle Ridge Mortuary. A chapel service will be held on Monday, May 5, 2008, at 12 noon at Castle Ridge Mortuary. Interment will follow at San Fernando Cemetery No. 2. Services under the direction of Castle Ridge Mortuary.
