William Lester
William Lester, 51, of Bandera passed away Nov. 21, 2010 at his residence in Bandera. He was born in Carrico Springs to Preston and Billie Jean Lester on May 6, 1959. He married Leslie Lynn Ryan on June 9, 1984 in Cotulla.
He graduated from ATM in 1984 with a degree in building construction. He was a local home builder and owner of Brodshel Inc. He enjoyed many outdoor activities such as water and snow skiing as well as hunting and fishing. He was also a Bandera Bulldog Keeper.
He is survived by wife, Leslie Lester of Bandera; mother, Billie Jean McRorey; father, Preston Lester and step mother Carolyn Lester of Tarpley; step father, Richard McBeth of Silt, Colo.; daughter, Shelby Lester of Bandera; son, Brody Lester of Bandera; sister, Ann Riley and husband, Judson of New Braunfels; nieces, Kerri Ann and Lauren Smith; nephews, P. J. Riley and Ryan Smith; step sister, Lori Schenkelburg. Memorial services were Nov. 27, at Grimes Funeral Chapels of Bandera with the Pastor David Martin officiating.
In lieu of flowers a memorial account has been established with Bandera Bank.
