Oscar Nelson
Oscar "Oscie" Nelson, much loved son, brother, uncle and friend passed away suddenly on Monday January 9, 2012. Oscar was born in Houston, Texas on January 5, 1973 and had a real connection to Texas and especially enjoyed Texas music. He graduated from Texas A & M University and earned an M.B.A. from the University of Oklahoma. Oscar was an avid reader and outdoorsman who loved golfing, fishing, hunting and cycling and had recently developed a passion for cooking.
Oscar was fun loving person who had a positive impact on all that he touched. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
He is survived by his loving parents, Helen Shields and Oscar Nelson; step-parents, Chuck Shields and Brenda Nelson; his adoring sisters, Linea Nelson Renspie and Amy Nelson Johnson; and his beloved nieces and nephews.
A private memorial service will be held.
