Hugh H. Hughes Born Aug. 11, 1936 in Eugene, OR; died Dec. 27, 2011 in Austin, TX. He was an English Dept. professor at Texas A&M University- Qatar. Survived by his wife Carolyn Coker Hughes; sister Carolyn K. Hughes Choi and niece Sabra; brother-in-law John Lee Coker and family; sisters-in-law Jeannette Coker, Leona Coker Rutherford and family; friends and students. A memorial service, with urn, is planned for later. Information may be obtained by emailing hhughesz@gmail.com. Arrangements by Neptune Society 512-323-0122.
