Stephanie Melton Brittingham
Stephanie Melton Brittingham, resident of Blooming Grove, Texas, passed away Friday, Sept. 2, 2011. She was born in Dallas to Bob and Jo Melton. Stephanie was a graduate of Texas A&M University and taught middle school for 16 years in Mansfield and Ennis ISD. She was a member of the Blooming Grove United Methodist Church. She was a beloved daughter, loving wife, devoted mother and also an avid animal lover, adopting countless strays during her life.
She was preceded in death by grandparents Edward and Laura Melton. She is survived by husband Michael, their children Matthew and Ava, and parents Bob and Jo Melton all of Blooming Grove. She is also survived by her sister Jennifer Melton and niece Annie of Golden, Co. and a number of extended family members and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 10, 2011 at the Blooming Grove United Methodist Church with Rev. Nancy T. Summers officiating.
