Frederick William "Bill" Threadgill
Bill Threadgill, 81, of Kerrville, TX, passed away on August [7] in Bandera County TX in a single car accident. He was born in Beaumont, TX to Charles Reuben Threadgill, Sr. and Annie Carroll Threadgill on July 23, 1930. He married Debby Threadgill on December
24, 1994.
He went to school at Texas A&M University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1953. He worked as a Marketing and Sales Training Executive, and was a Branch Manager in seven locations at IBM Corporation for 35 years. During this time he was a member
of the 100% Club for 30 years. He was a decorated veteran of the Korean War and served as a Lieutenant in the United States Armed Services.
Bill is preceded in death by his wife Terry Jean, parents Charles Sr. and Annie, and brother Charles Threadgill, Jr.
Bill is survived by wife Debby, son Jim Threadgill of Carlsbad, CA and wife Maggie, their children Elizabeth, Tim, and Natalie; son Chris Threadgill of Rolla, MO and wife Mary, their children Jim, Matt, and Sarah; daughter Julie Powers of Kansas City, MO and
husband Mark, their children Seth and wife Julie, Esther, Levi and wife Becky, Judah, Jesse, Havilah, Gideon, Leah, Lydia, and Rebecca; son Larry Threadgill of McKinney, TX and his son Brennon; sister Zoe Broxon of Flower Mound, TX and husband Terry; and sister
Carol Trahan of San Ramon, CA.
Memorial Services will be held at 10 AM Thursday, August 11, at Grimes Funeral Chapels in Kerrville. Friends and family will be invited to share memories of Bill. Private burial will be held at Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, TX.
