Bio

Dr. Lanier is the proudest member of the Fightin' Texas Aggie class of '02 and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for CARE, LLC.  She has been a practicing behavior analyst since 2011 and holds a doctorate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Endicott College.  Dr. Lanier has presented original research focused on improving staff training models at both state and international conferences. Her research interests include performance and systems management, organizational behavior management, and improving staff training and BACB internship models.  CARE:  www.educatorscare.com
