Bio

David is currently a Managing Director at Morae. Morae acquired Gimmal in 2025. Previously he was Chairman and CEO of Gimmal LLC. He has a successful track record of leading diverse organizations through major transformation and change.  David is a hands-on leader that quickly gains the respect of colleagues and is known for building diverse and high performing teams.  Most recently David has led Gimmal’s transformation from a professional services business to a software solutions business.  David is also an active participant in many non-profit organizations including Child Advocates (Board Member), The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo (Chairman - Directions & Assistance Committee), AIIM, ARMA, and Memorial Drive United Methodist Church.  He is married with two daughters class of 2010 and 2020, and enjoys golf, fishing,  CrossFit, and music.
