In 2003 my life-long dream was fulfilled: I graduated from Texas A&M University. My blood ran maroon my whole life. My father attended TAMU, my grandfather worked in Sbisa after WWII, and my uncle worked on campus for years in maintenance. While a student at Texas A&M, I worked with the AggieLife section of The Battalion, and I graduated with my BS in Journalism. In 2006, I moved to Nashville, TN, where I eventually took over the Middle Tennessee A&M Club. I've served as Muster Chair for 11 of the last 13 years, and served as club President for the last four years. It was my honor to be a part of The Association of Former Students’ 2018 Nominating Committee. I currently work as a photographer and bartender in Nashville. I've been married to my Aggie-by-marriage husband, Craig, since 2007. In 2023, I became a breast cancer survivor.
