Danny’s professional journey began at the Texas A&M Dairy where he coached the college dairy judging team for many years. His commitment to service was evident in his involvement with various organizations. He also served as Director of the Guadalupe County Fair Association. He further extended his commitment to the community through roles such as Alderman of the New Berlin city council and membership in organizations like East Central Water Supply and the Canyon Regional Water Authority. Danny’s affiliations also included membership in the Texas Farm Bureau and the Texas Hereford Association, reflecting his deep-rooted commitment to agriculture and community stewardship.

His faith was also an important pillar in his life. He was raised in the Southside Church of Christ in Austin and accepted Christ and was baptized in February of 2006 at The Country Church in Marion, Texas.
