There is growing research to suggest that singing/chanting in groups as well as coordinated movement (such as wildcats or swaying to "saw 'em off!") produce effects that can increase our feelings of well-being, cause us to view each other more positively, help forge group identity and more.

With that in mind: We would love to hear your thoughts on the experience of attending Midnight Yell Practice with thousands of fellow Aggies.

Please visit tx.ag/MYPexperience to tell us your answer!

Perhaps you felt more closely identified with Texas A&M, perhaps your feelings were affected by being in a large crowd, perhaps you noticed a difference in how you felt walking into the stadium vs. walking out afterwards. We are interested in any thoughts you have!

Your answers could be used in upcoming Association publications, and you might even win a piece of Aggie swag.

Help us explain it "from the inside looking out"!
