Joseph Paul Bohn 

November 27, 1962 - February 18, 2024 

Joseph "Paul" Bohn, 61, passed away on February 18, 2024, in Palm Springs, California. He was born on November 27, 1962, in Houston, Texas. Paul, a distinguished graduate of Texas A&M University with a Master's of Architecture, was a respected figure in the architectural community.

Paul's love for golf was evident as he served on the board of directors of the Olympic Club in San Francisco. His passion for architecture led him to become the former president of the California American Institute of Architects and Director of Operations of The Smith Group in San Francisco and Los Angeles.

He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Esther Bohn. Paul is survived by his sisters, Sandra Gray (Bruce Shapiro), Brenda Trifon (David), his beloved niece Lisa Rogers (Steven) and numerous additional nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Paul's life will be held on Monday, March 18, 2024, at 2:00 PM at The Woodlands Methodist Church in The Woodlands, Texas. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the George and Esther Bohn Memorial Scholarship at Texas A&M College of Architecture or a charity of your choice.

Paul's legacy in architecture, his gift for leadership and his love for family and friends will be cherished by all who knew him. May he rest in peace.
