Michael R. Gill
August 11, 1936 - July 28, 2023
Michael R. Gill was born August 11, 1936 in San Antonio, Texas and passed away July 28, 2023 in Heidelberg, Germany.
He graduated from Texas A&M University in 1958 with a degree in engineering.
After A&M he went on to work in the aerospace industry. He worked at NASA in the unmanned space program. Later he completed his PhD at Indiana University in political science, specializing in environmental policy.
He moved to Germany in 1981 to work for the Army Corp of Engineers until he retired. He remained in Germany until his passing.
