Toni Glynn Lafferty 

May 24, 1957 - July 2, 2023 

Toni Glynn Lafferty, 66, passed away Sunday, July 2, 2023, in a Temple hospital. A private memorial service will be held for Mrs. Lafferty at a later date.

Toni was born May 24, 1957, in Bryan, TX to Robert and Jean Tumlinson. She graduated from C. H. Yoe High School in 1975, and from Texas A&M University in 1979. She was a beloved educator for 39 years, both in Buckholts and C. H. Yoe High Schools. She attended First Baptist Church in Cameron, and Temple Bible Church in Temple.

Survivors include: Son, Brandon James Lafferty and wife, Kelli, of Vicksburg, MS; Daughter, Whitney Lafferty of Pflugerville, TX; Mother, Jean Tumlinson of Cameron; Brothers, James Tumlinson (Bonnie) of Cameron, and Randy Tumlinson (Nancy) of Tomball; Sisters, Diann Richardson (Ron) of Melissa, and Kristy Pride  (Woody) of St. Louis, MO; Brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Dale and Cindy Lafferty, of Cameron. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her husband, Jim Lafferty, in 2014, and her father.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations in Toni's name to the Cameron ISD Scholarship Foundation at Yoe High School. Donations may be dropped of at Yoe High School or mailed to Yoe High School, P. O. Box 712, Cameron, TX 76520.
