Howdy, Aggies! Your well-being is important to us, and The Association of Former Students is closely monitoring news related to COVID-19.

Our staff is available to assist you by phone, by email, or in response to inquiries submitted via AggieNetwork.com Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

As we follow the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and take additional precautionary measures to curb the spread of COVID-19, the Clayton W. Williams, Jr. Alumni Center is closed. We ask that you call us at (979) 845-7514 so we may to assist you.

Additionally, we are following CDC guidance on our events protocol and will be communicating additional information on specific events scheduled for the coming months.

  • Information on alternative plans for delivery of Aggie Rings in April was communicated to Ring recipients through an email notification on March 17 and an email allowing Ring recipients to select their delivery preferences was sent on March 23.  On March 31, Texas Governor Greg Abbott issued an executive order limiting on-site activity to essential services only through April 30.  This order prevents our staff from immediately packaging and shipping the more than 6,500 Rings. Read more about this delay here. Questions may be directed to AggieRing@AggieNetwork.com.
  • Information on Class Reunions scheduled in April has been communicated to attendees. Questions may be directed to Class@AggieNetwork.com.
  • Information on Aggie Muster was communicated to local Muster chairs and A&M Club presidents. Questions may be directed to Muster@AggieNetwork.com.

Please watch this page for additional updates as we have them. You may also call us between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays with additional questions, or send an email to AggieNetwork@AggieNetwork.com.
