Three Aggies have been appointed to the Texas A&M University System’s Board of Regents for terms expiring in 2025.
Jay Graham ’92 of Houston is chairman and CEO of Spur Energy Partners and a member of A&M’s petroleum engineering school Industry Advisor Board and the 12th Man Foundation board of directors.
Michael A. Hernandez III ’83 of Fort Worth is owner and CEO of D&M Leasing, owns several auto dealerships, and is a member of the A&M System chancellor’s advisory board for A&M’s McAllen Campus.
Michael J. Plank ’83 of Houston is chairman and CEO of companies including The Plank Cos., a member of A&M’s Engineering Advisory Board and a gubernatorial appointee to the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.
Texas Gov. Greg Abbott appointed the three, subject to Senate confirmation, to replace three regents whose terms ended in February: chairman Charles Schwartz, Tony Buzbee ’90 and Morris Foster ’65. Read more at www.tamus.edu/regents.
