Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with vast experience in a wide variety of vessel repair, modification, refit, and renovation projects as well as water-front facility construction. U.S. Coast Guard Commander (retired), Port State Control and Marine Safety. Former President and CEO of RMK Merrill-Stevens yacht and ship repair in Miami, Florida.
