Roll Call Tribute

Everett D. Youngblood '69, 80, of Huntsville (formerly of Center) died October 14, 2007. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corps in the Aleutian Islands during World War II. His 52 years in education included positions as principal at Call; coach, teacher and principal at Kirbyville Junior High School; superintendent at North Zulch; assistant director of Region 6 Educational Service Center in Huntsville; and area administrator of Windham ISD for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice System. Survivors include his wife, Mary; three sons, include Richard A. Youngblood '77; five grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; six brothers; and a sister.
