Randy J. Rector '69, 61, of San Angelo (formerly of Rotan) died Nov. 11, 2008. He worked with the Texas Department of Transportation before joining Reece Albert Inc. in 1980, where he worked for 27 years. Survivors include his wife of nine years, Cindy; a son; a grandson; and a sister. Memorials may be made to the San Angelo A&M Club Scholarship Fund, P.O. Box 1122, San Angelo TX 76902-1122.
