Roll Call Tribute

Larry H. Carter '69, 60, of Sugar Land (formerly of Austin) died April 24, 2008 of pancreatic cancer. He served in the U.S. Army and transferred into the U.S. Air Force Reserve. In 1976 he co-founded Jones & Carter, Inc., a Houston-based civil engineering firm. In 2003 he co-founded Rocky Mountain Private Wealth Management, L.L.C., an investment advisory firm. He was a member of H-1 outfit and liaison office of the 2nd Battalion staff in the Corps of Cadets at Texas A&M. Survivors include his wife, Shari; a son; two daughters; four grandchildren; and a sister.
