Earl Alexander, a truly hard-working and dedicated man, born on July 20, 1939, in Pasadena, Texas, and a long-standing resident of Lone Star, Texas. Earl passed away surrounded by the love of his family, leaving behind a legacy of diligence and integrity on Monday, December 22, 2025 while in a Longview hospital.
Earl Alexander proudly graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to become the owner and operator of A&E Machine Shop in Lone Star, where his work ethic and commitment to excellence set high standards in the industry.
A devout member of the Lone Star Methodist Church, Earl's faith was an integral part of his life. He cultivated a passion for sailing and cherished his time working on a shrimp boat, experiences that brought him immense joy and peace throughout his life.
Earl's family was his pride and joy. He was a devoted husband to his late wife, Billie Sue Alexander, and a loving father to his daughters, Angie Allison and Jana Haynes, both of Lone Star. His legacy continues through his grandson, Jason Haynes; his granddaughters, Amber Blear and her husband, Jason, Jamee Haynes; and his great-grandson, Dawson Blear; and great-granddaughter, Allie Sue Blear.
He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Krider and Frances Alexander, and his cherished wife, Billie Sue Alexander.
Earl Alexander's life was a testament to the values of hard work, dedication, and family. His memory will forever be cherished by those who loved him and were inspired by his example.
A celebration of Earl's life will be held at a later date. Honoring his requests, cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Horn Family Funeral Home and Cremations of Daingerfield.
