October 5, 1940 - December 24, 2025

Marshall Dale McGalliard, Sr., age 85, passed away peacefully on December 24, 2025, in Lubbock, Texas.

Marshall was raised in Spur, Texas, and lived a life defined by service, dedication, and deep love for his family and the land. In 1963, he graduated from Texas A&M University, an achievement he held with great pride and remained a lifelong, passionate Aggie. He was a proud grandfather to ten grandchildren: Courtney, Bliss, Brooks, Berit, Erin, Wade, Tatum, Keeley, and Layne. Two great-grandchildren: Rowdy and Everleigh. All of whom were a great source of joy and pride in his life.

Marshall will be remembered for his loyalty to family, his love of farming, his Aggie spirit, and his quiet strength. His legacy lives on through the generations he nurtured and the land he cared for so faithfully. Gig’em!
