Richard Michael Green 

July 3, 1943 - November 6, 2025 

Richard Michael Green, age 82, of Hahira, Georgia passed away on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at The Canopy of Azalea Grove. He was born on July 3, 1943, to the late Walter Green and Marian Bradley Green.

Richard served proudly as a Naval Aviator. He was an active member of the American Legion, the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), and the Masonic Lodge. Deeply committed to community service, he was involved with the Boy Scouts of America, where he served as a leader for both youth and adults. He earned his master’s degree from Texas A&M University. Professionally, Richard worked as an accountant at PCA Paper Mill.

As per his wishes he will be cremated with no services held. The Green family is being served by the professional and caring staff of Music Funeral Services of Valdosta.
