Ted Noble Beck 

May 25, 1942 - April 25, 2025 

Ted Noble Beck, age 82, passed away on April 25, 2025, in Arlington, Texas. He was born on May 25, 1942, in Corpus Christi, Texas to Martha Louise Hidell, but upon her death was adopted by his grandparents William and Martha Beck.

Ted was raised in San Antonio, Texas. He graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School. He attended Texas A & M where he played football. He graduated from St. Mary's University 1963. He served in the U.S. Army as a Staff Sergeant.

He married Rita Kathleen Flanagan in 1981 and together they have five children. He worked in the insurance industry, most recently teaching aspiring adjusters and agents.

In his spare time Ted enjoyed playing golf and spending time with his family. He loved God, his family and his church.

He is preceded in death by his mother Martha Hidell, grandfather William Beck and grandmother Martha Beck.

Survived by his wife Rita, children Brett Beck (Jolynn), Brittany Sanders, Eric Flanagan, Katie Padgett (Cody) and Ted Beck Jr ( Kristie) and grandchildren Shelby Westbrook (David), Haley Sanders, Jaqueline Zimmerhanzel (Taner), Nicholas Sanders, Stephanie Beck, Natalie Beck, Finn Flanagan, Flynn Padgett, Adrien Beck and Remi Padgett.
