Warren Franklyn Neal 

March 22, 1934 - May 12, 2025 

Warren Franklyn Neal passed away at the age of 91, from a sudden cardiac arrest May 12, 2025.

Warren was born in Fort Worth, Texas, on March 22, 1934, to Warren Roy Neal and Bess Davies Neal. He was the middle of three children, with two sisters Betty and Sallye.

Warren attended Arlington Heights High School in Fort Worth where he was a standout football player. His position was "cornerback". He was usually the highest scoring player on the team, even though he played defense. This earned him a football scholarship to the University of Oklahoma. He also attended Texas A&M and TCU where he studied engineering.

Warren was friendly and outgoing, a great motivational speaker and began his career as a sales person, rapidly working his way up to Vice President, Director of Marketing for an industrial tool company with corporate headquarters in Chicago. After 10 years in Chicago, Warren moved back to Texas and eventually settled in Scottsdale, Arizona, after stays in Tempe and Los Angeles. Warren was a realtor in Arizona for 30 years and still working at the time of his death. It was at RE/MAX realty that he met Bonnie Taxier, who became his constant companion until his death.

Warren loved playing golf, watching football and sports on TV, visiting with family and companionship with Bonnie.

Warren is survived by his son Glenn and his wife Hsiao-Ping (grandson Tyler), daughters Kay (grandsons Wil and Steven with great grand daughter Avery) and Dana (grandson Christopher). He was preceded in death by first wife Janis and second wife Diane.

A private Celebration of Life for family and friends will be held at Casabella Condominiums in Scottsdale from 2:00-5:00 on Thursday, May 22, 2025.
