Todd William Griesenbeck

February 11, 1954 - April 12, 2025

Todd William Griesenbeck, age 71, of San Antonio, Texas passed away peacefully April 12th, 2025, with family at his side after a glioblastoma diagnosis in late October.

A beloved husband, father, brother, and uncle, Todd was born the third of six children in San Antonio, Texas. He attended St. Anthony Seminary and graduated from Lee High School. After high school, Todd became a loyal Aggie like his father and grandfather before him, and attended Texas A&M University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. After graduation, he worked as a Business Development professional in the Oil and Gas industry for H.B. Zachary Company, and Parsons Energy & Chemicals Group, among others.

Todd and Teresa were married for almost 43 years, and their greatest blessing was the birth of their son, Cort. Todd loved and enjoyed spending time with family and playing his guitar. He was an avid music lover and accomplished guitar player. He loved cooking and snacking on fine foods, especially appetizers and his hot peppers. He also enjoyed playing golf, reading, and old movies.

With compassion and a healthy dose of humor, Todd's life was marked by his generous spirit and kindness. He made everyone he met feel special, and he will be missed over and over again.

Todd was predeceased by his parents Timothy and Rose Ann Griesenbeck; and two brothers, Timothy “Ty” Griesenbeck and Chris Griesenbeck. He is survived by his wife, Teresa; and son, Cort; his sister, Amy Guerra and her husband Joel; his brother Kenny Griesenbeck; his sister, Tina Novelli and her husband Bill; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life memorial service will be held on Tuesday, April 29th, 2025, at 11:00 am at Porter Loring Mortuary – North.
