Scott Lamberth, 94, of Livingston, Texas was born December 14, 1930 in Gonzalez, Texas to parents, Monroe Lamberth and Harriet (Murray) Lamberth and passed away April 17, 2025 in Livingston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife (the love of his life), Georgia Lamberth; son, Gregory Lamberth; and step-sons, Jimmy Hyle and Terry Hyle.
Mr. Lamberth is survived by his brother, Joseph A. Lamberth and Loretta; nephew, Joseph M. Lamberth and family; nieces, Debby Mathews and family, Tammy Brazier and family, all of Livingston, Texas, Rebecca Saul and family of Conroe, Texas; daughter-in-law, Gretchen Lamberth of Arizona; Geoffrey Lamberth and family, great-grandson, Scott M. Lamberth; granddaughter, Sarah Lamberth and spouse; Marc Hyle and family; along with numerous great-nieces, great-nephews, other family members and friends.
He was a retired combat Marine, serving in Korea & Vietnam, decorations include purple heart and bronze star with valor.
After military retirement, he started an electronics company, owned a cattle ranch in Colorado, owned a fishing boat in San Carlos, MX, retiring finally to Livingston.
He attended Texas A&M University, was member of the Corps of Cadets and was a lifetime member of the Texas A&M Association of Former Students Century Club.
He will be interred at the Veteran's Memorial Cemetery, Sierra Vista, AZ with military honors, alongside his wife and son, at a later date.
