August 6, 1950 - January 18, 2024
Richard "Dick" Allen passed away January 18, 2024 in Katy, Texas.
Richard attended Texas A&M University where he was a member of the Corps of Cadets and the Singing Cadets.
Richard is survived by his wife Elizabeth Allen, and his daughters Beth Welka and Kimberly Allen (Class of 2017).
