Kimberly Troy "Kim" Jackson 

June 4, 1953 - July 8, 2023 

Kimberly Troy Jackson, 70, passed away peacefully on July 8, 2023, with his wife and family by his side.

Kimberly Troy Jackson was born on June 4, 1953 in Bellingham, Washington, to Kenneth & Joan Jackson. He graduated from Conroe High School in 1971 & went on to earn a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University in 1978.

He began his career working for Magcobar Oil until he discovered his passion for teaching. Kim was a Chemistry & Physics Teacher at Foy H. Moody High School in Corpus Christi, TX for 30 years. He cared deeply for all of his students & touched the lives of many.

Kim married Rosemary Janak on August 6, 1983 in Blessing, Texas. They were happily married for 39 wonderful, loving years that they shared with their 4 children, Kathryn Anne, Matthew Joseph, Kenneth Andrew, & Wesley Alois. He was an active member of St. Phillip the Apostle Catholic Church in Corpus Christi, Texas.

"Change the way you look at things, and the things you look at change" was a saying shared by Kim often to others around him.

Kim enjoyed spending time with his family & spent many evenings sharing a dance with his Rosemary in the kitchen while cooking. His passions included fishing, baseball, the outdoors, & taking interests in whatever his children or grandchildren were up to. He had a heart of gold when it came to caring for all animals, no matter how small. Kim had an energetic, upbeat, caring, & engaging personality and often expressed that "Life is for the Living."

Kim is survived by his darling wife, Rosemary of Corpus Christi, TX, daughter Kathryn (Max) of Frisco, TX, son Matthew (Lacie) of Las Vegas, NV, son Kenneth (Tori) of Magnolia, TX, & son Wesley (Karlee) of San Antonio, TX. Kim is blessed with 4 vivacious grandchildren, Jackson Wyatt (6), Sloan Noelle (4), Vivienne Rose (3), & Kimberley Gail (due Nov 2023). His grandchildren shared many fun memories with their "Pops" and will carry on his love for life. Kim is also survived by his sweet sister, Janell (David) Flores of Galveston, Texas.

Kim is preceded in death by his mother Joan Ione Jackson, father Kenneth Emil Jackson & many loving aunts & uncles.

A Celebration of Life for Kim Jackson will be held in Corpus Christi, Texas.
