Joseph Carl Biles 

January 1, 1967 - August 15, 2023 

Joseph Carl Biles passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his wife and children on August 15, 2023 after a long and valiant battle with cancer. Joe was blessed with a large and loving family. He is preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Biles, and father, Louis Biles. He is survived by his beloved wife of 28 years, Marti Downer Biles, his son Fletcher Biles (22), and his "baby girl," Sydney Biles (19). Joe is also survived by his seven siblings, Andrew Biles, James Biles, Patti Michalek, Christine Hignet, Sarah McMeans, Mary Wong and Michael Biles.

Joe served his country in the United States Air Force. He graduated from the University of Arkansas and received a masters degree from Texas A&M University. He devoted much of his career at ExxonMobil, where he had many close colleagues and friends.

Joe was a loving husband and proud father. He was the greatest friend and brother that a person could have. He left us too soon, but we were blessed to have him in our lives and we will miss him very much.

Services will be held at 6 p.m. on Friday, August 25, 2023, at Christ Church Sugar Land, 3300 Austin Parkway, Sugar Land, TX, 77479.
