Colin Andrew Smith, Sr.
October 12, 1934 - November 19, 2023
Colonel Colin Andrew Smith, Sr, USAF (Ret.) '56, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 19, 2023, at his home in Hagerstown, MD.
Born Friday, October 12, 1934, he was the son of the late Barney Trewhitt Smith and the late Virginia Quinn Smith.
He is survived by his daughters, LCDR Sheri Smith Moreau, USN (Ret.) '78, and Shaun Edge (Colonel James Edge, USAF (Ret.) '80); son, Dana Smith; ten grandchildren (Dr. Ashley Edge, DVM '06), and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Jane Gallaway Smith; and son, Colin Andrew Smith, Jr.
Inurnment will be at the Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, VA.
