Rick H. Duplantis

November 16, 1949 – May 23, 2022

Rick Duplantis of Lake Mary, Florida, passed away on May 23, 2022, from cancer.

He is survived by his wife Monica (Burns) Duplantis; his two sons:  Christopher Duplantis and granddaughters Mallory and Celeste of Kittery, Maine; Michael Chase Duplantis, wife Tamika and granddaughters Ruby Rose and Lily Jade of Coleman, Florida; Mother:  Laura Duplantis Seelen of Longwood, Florida; Brother Dan Duplantis and wife Anita of Auburndale, Florida; Brother Jon Duplantis and wife Karen of Corpus Christi, Texas; Brother Mark Duplantis and wife Jody of Winter Springs, Florida; Several nieces and nephews.

Rick was born in Port Arthur, Texas.  Rick was recruited by Shelby Metcalf and played basketball for Texas A&M from 1968 – 1972.

Rick graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration.

A Celebration of Rick’s Life will be November 5^th in Lake Mary, Florida.
