Aaron Lee Pettey

July 10, 1989 - August 15, 2021

Aaron Lee Pettey passed away unexpectedly at the age of 32 on August 15th, 2021. He was blessed with a loving family, and is survived by his parents, Alfonso (Bruce) Pettey and Melinda Blankenship; his wife, Megan Pettey; his children, Camryn Pettey and Sophia Pettey; his brother, Miles Pettey; and his nephew, Nathan Pettey.

Aaron was born on July 10th, 1989 in Houston, TX and graduated from Kingwood High School in 2007. He was also a member of the Fighting Texas Aggie Class of 2011 and met his wife, Megan, while attending Texas A&M University. On June 9th, 2018, he married Megan, the love of his life and college sweetheart. On January 30th, 2020 and May 8th, 2021 respectfully, he welcomed his two beautiful daughters Camryn and Sophia, who were the light of his life. 

Aaron was an avid car enthusiast and enjoyed rebuilding cars with his father. He loved being outdoors, particularly hiking, camping, biking or being out on the ranch. Aaron was also a hard working business man and entrepreneur. He started a moving company in College Station and most recently, built his own residential construction company. But most importantly, Aaron was a family man and devoted father who enjoyed spending time with his wife and daughters. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends and everyone that knew him.
