Timothy "Tim" Larry Dungan
June 9, 1966 - November 30, 2021
Timothy Larry Dungan, 55, passed away at his home in Fayetteville, GA on November 30, 2021. Tim was born on June 9, 1966, in Pasadena, Texas, the son of Larry and Sue Dungan. He graduated from Texas A&M University as a member of the Class of 1988 with a BS in Bioengineering followed by a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering.
Tim worked at Intermedics in Angleton, TX several years before transferring to Intermedics in Japan for 5 years. While working there he received his MBA from Temple University Japan. He loved his time there and treasured the friendships he made. He and his
family moved to Georgia to work with Guidant/Boston Scientific. Tim made many lifelong friends over the years with school classmates, people he met, and co-workers both in the States and in Japan.
Tim is preceded in death by his daughter, Kimberly Dungan at the age of 2, and his Mother, Sue Dungan.
He is survived by his children, Lindsay, Charlotte, Jay, and Mark of Georgia; father, Larry Dungan of Porter, TX; brother, Brian Dungan, and wife, Polly of Hixson, TN; sister, Jennifer Bezner and husband, Andy of Pearland, TX; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces,
and great-nephews.
There will be no service at this time. A small service will be held at Tim's final resting place at Brimfield Cemetery in Brimfield, IL. The details will be shared in early Spring.
Anyone who would like to attend is welcome.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Bo's Place, a center in Houston helping families that lose a family member or child. It was a special charity to Tim.
