August 6, 1969 - August 22, 2021

Ronald Wayne Davis 52, entered into eternal rest on Sunday August 22, 2021. He was born August 6, 1969 in Dallas, Texas.

Ron was a loving father to his 2 daughters. He served in the United States Army for 3 years. He served his country in the Gulf War in Iraq. He graduated from Texas A&M University in 1996 where he earned a degree in Civil Engineering. Ron loved watching Fightin' Texas Aggie Football. He was an avid bird hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed teaching his daughters and wife how to fish. He loved playing the guitar and had a beautiful singing voice. He enjoyed sitting around listening to music with his family. He instilled a love of music in his daughters.

Ron is survived by his wife of 21 years Rebecca Rocha-Davis, MD, his beloved daughters--Rachel Emily Davis and Reagan Aubrey Davis. His mother, Linda Swetz and his father Terry Davis (Linda). His siblings--Paige Carness (Jeff), Michael Davis, and Steve Davis (Anne). He is also survived by his in-laws, his nieces and nephews and several extended family members. He also leaves behind his hunting dog Rylee and his beloved little pup Ruthless aka Ray Ray.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to the multitude of people who have provided prayers, love and support.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday August 28, 2021 at the La Cantera Resort (16641 La Cantera Pkwy, San Antonio 78256). The Celebration will begin at 12pm in the San Antonio Ballroom. The family would love for friends and family to share memories of Ron at the Celebration.
We are asking for people to please wear a mask and social distance.
