Russell Morton Babcock
July 10, 1906 - October 18,1998
Russell was a student at Texas A&M University and was a member of the Corps of Cadets, he received his Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and was a member of the Class of 1928.
He was a resident of Kennewick, WA at the time of passing and was buried in Fairview, AR.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Alice, and daughter Delane.
