Josh Cameron Bauerle
JUNE 1, 2000 – MAY 27, 2021
Josh Cameron Bauerle, born June 1st, 2000, went to his heavenly home to be with his Lord and Savior, just a few days before his 21st birthday. Josh had an infectious smile and lit up every room he walked in. He made it hip and cool to be a happy person. He had a human spirit that could not be shaken. A beautiful gift he left behind for all of us. If you knew him, you loved him. He lived his life with passion and an open heart. He always had a kind word. He loved the outdoors and was able to travel to the Caribbean, Peru, the Colorado Mountains, Sequoia National Park, New York, Montana, and many other places. His dream was to visit the Seven Wonders of the World. He enjoyed traveling with his family and his close-knit group of friends.
Josh loved nature and it brought him peace and joy. He admired beautiful sunsets, listening to the birds, and watching the clouds move. He also loved to look sharp and took great pride in his appearance. He loved wearing his Dad’s old vintage caps and shopping at Goodwill. Josh had big dreams for his life he was always trying to come up with the next great invention. Since he was very young, his mom wanted him to go on Shark Tank and was sure he would one day. He was also a prankster with his friends and loved to give his brother and sister a hard time. He was a feisty and energetic young boy for sure! Josh was also a very deep soul and strived to be the best person he could be daily. In high school, he was a special needs aide assisting autistic students. He had a heart of gold and compassion that was unparalleled. He was an avid music buff. He loved his music and loved to share with friends and family. Most recently, he had a passion with cooking Wagyu steaks. He loved his cast iron skillet and making the perfect steak. He loved nice cars and had a goal to have a beautiful Audi sports car one day. Josh loved his old dog Aspen, his cat Dirg, Lexi’s dog Mochi and his new puppy buddy Enzo. Josh had established many new friendships by being a proud member of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity at Texas A&M. Josh was a very proud student of Texas A&M pursuing a degree in Ag Economics.
Family was very important to Josh and he was highly motivated to make his parents, grandparents and siblings proud of him.
Josh’s twin sister Lexi and his older brother Jake were thick as thieves and had an unbreakable bond and deep love for one another. They always had each other’s back. Our family is extremely grateful for the amazing group of friends Josh has been surrounded by since a very young age. His friends brought him so much joy, laughter, support and love. We are so grateful for that. They are an incredibly loyal and tight group of buddies. Especially Matthew and Key. Also, Dalton, Pete, Will, Josh, Alex, Levi, Dawson, Dre, Adam, Markus, Cal and many many others too numerous to name.
Josh is survived by his father Scott Bauerle and mother Gina Bauerle, stepmother Sandy Bauerle, future stepfather Michael Seale, brother Jake Bauerle, twin sister Lexi Bauerle and her boyfriend Michael Page, grandmother and grandfather Patricia and Dave Summers, grandmother and grandfather Anita and Michael Farrell, grandfather and grandmother Fred and Debra Brinkley, uncles, Dan Bauerle, Jon Brinkley and Steve Vernon, aunts Kathleen Vernon and Angie Brinkley, and countless cousins and extended family that he loved very much.
Two years ago, Josh was inspired to raise his hand and confess his faith. He was baptized at Lake Hills Church and took great pride in this decision.
The celebration of his life will be held Wednesday, June 2nd at 2pm at Lake Hills Church, 11521 Bee Caves Road, Austin Texas 78738. In lieu of flowers, please consider The Josh Bauerle Foundation, set up to establish scholarships for other young students among other future charitable causes. Josh’s entire family is so grateful and touched by the unbelievable amount of support and love that has been extended. It is truly amazing and would make Josh so happy.
