April 16, 1949 - April 9, 2021
Jim was a student at Texas A&M University and was a resident of Mitchell Hall. He received his Bachelor's degree in Forestry. After he left Texas A&M he received his Master's degree from University of Washington.
Jim was the President and Chief Operating Officer at SurModics, Inc. until his retirement.
Jim was survived by wife Cindy.
