Paul William Owen
May 30, 1971 – February 20, 2021
Paul William Owen, 49, of Austin, Texas, passed away on February 20, 2021 at St. David’s North Austin Medical Center.
Paul was born in Jacksonville, Arkansas on May 30, 1971. He graduated from Round Rock High School and reveled in playing football. Paul graduated from Texas A&M where he received his Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering. He worked for Sunstate Equipment in Austin for over 14 years.
Paul’s two sons were the most important thing to him. His next love was sports. He was always ready to talk about or watch his favorite sports teams Texas A&M, Dallas Cowboys, Houston Astros, and the Dallas Stars or any other team if his favorites were not playing.
Paul is survived by his two sons, Kyle and Tanner Owen of Austin and his parents Carolyn and Steve Kyzar also of Austin. He is also survived by his favorite aunt, Patricia Lednicky, and his favorite Lednicky cousins, as well as other aunts, uncles, cousins, and personal and work friends.
