May 31, 1956 - January 23, 2021
Bobby Don Brown 64 passed away on Saturday, January 23, 2021 after a brief illness. He was born in Shreveport, LA to Elaine and Donald Brown on May 31, 1956.
A visitation for friends will be held at Osborn Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 from 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Funeral and graveside services will be private.
Mr. Brown was a resident of Bossier City, LA for 26 years. He grew up in Coushatta, LA and graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Industrial Engineering. Bobby was a train enthusiast and he loved playing the guitar. Most of all he was a devoted husband, father, son, and brother.
Mr. Brown was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Chloteal and Andrew Murphy; and his paternal grandparents, Ethelyn and Worley Brown. He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Andrea Wilson Brown; daughter, Rachel Brown; son, Eric Brown; parents, Elaine and Donald Brown; sister, Delaine Brown Mitchell; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Serving as pallbearers will be Eric Landry, Dr. Chris Wilson, Dale Wilson, Matt Wilson, Shaun Wilson, and Timothy Wilson.
The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to Dr. Manish Dhawan and the Medical ICU team at Oschner LSU Health Shreveport.
In lieu of flowers please make donations to the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Society or to the charity of your choice.
