Gary Elliott David, 58, of Spring, Texas, passed away February 3, 2020. Gary was born in Springfield, Pennsylvania on May 26, 1961. After several moves, his family settled in Texas in 1974. He graduated from Spring Highschool in 1979, and in 1983, he graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution.
Gary had a successful career as a Certified Project Manager & Specialist in the petro-chemical industry for over 30 years.
Gary had a love for music. He loved to play the piano, guitar, and drums, and enjoyed listening to classic rock, especially the Beatles. Gary also enjoyed sports, reading biographies and books about history, and spending time with his friends and family.
Gary was preceded in death by his mother, Joan David.
He is survived by his two daughters, Rachel and Stephanie David, father, Clarke David, two brothers, Scott and Jeff David, as well as nieces, a nephew, and other wonderful family members and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held in Gary’s honor on Friday February 14, 2020 at 11:00 am. The service will be held at the Woodlands United Methodist Church in the Robb chapel. Address is 2200 Lake Woodlands Drive, The Woodlands, Texas 77380.
