Kristen Lane Moss
August 3, 1992 - December 15, 2018
Services for Kristen Lane Moss, 26, of Tyler, will be held on Thursday, December 20, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Green Acres Baptist Church with Dr. David O. Dykes officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Lawn Cemetery in Tyler under the direction of Stewart Family Funeral Home.
Ms. Moss passed away Saturday, December 15, 2018 in Tyler. She was born August 3, 1992 in Longview to Scott Moss and Lisa Jones Moss.
Kristen was a member of Grace Bible Church in College Station. Her teen years were spent at Green Acres Baptist Church. She graduated from Grace Community High School and earned her B.A. in Communication from Texas A&M. Kristen was working towards her Masters in Public Health. She worked for Texas A&M AgriLife and was a member of the Junior League in Bryan College Station. She was also active in the Singles Ministry at her church. She loved life and brought joy to everyone around her.
Kristen was preceded in death by her grandparents, King and Eunice Moss. She is survived by her loving family including her parents; her grandparents, Dwayne and Molly Jones; her sister, Katie Zamora and husband David; niece, Anna Kate Zamora; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins whom she dearly loved.
Pallbearers will be her cousins, Doug Moss, Colby Moss, Wesley Moss, Scott Moss, Ryan Moss, Chad Jones, Brandon Jones, Caleb Vinson, and Matthew Williams.
Visitation is scheduled from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at Stewart Family Funeral Home, 7525 Old Jacksonville Highway, in Tyler.
If desired, memorials may be made to a scholarship fund for a student attending Grace Community High School bound for Texas A&M.
