Norlyn "Bud" Allison, 91, of League City, TX, passed peacefully on Sunday, September 9, 2018, surrounded by his loving family.
Born October 22, 1926 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to William "Bill" and Dossie (Harris) Allison.
He graduated from Colorado A&M in 1950, where he met his future wife, Jeanne Marie Furst. They married on May 6, 1950.
Bud was a professional with the Boy Scouts of America, retiring in 1987. He was active in the International Fellowship of Scouting Rotarians, Christmas International House, and Hands Across the Border with Mexico.
Bud was preceded in death by his wife Jeanne and an infant son, Randy. He is survived by his children: Greg Allison (Glynda), Karen Jenkins (James), and Janet Allison; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
His Memorial Service is Saturday, September 15, 2018 at Webster Presbyterian Church, Webster, TX at 11 am. Reception following.
