Randall Neil Willis
April 18, 1955 - November 07, 2018

Randy was born April 18, 1955 in Waxahachie, Texas to Randall Sims and Janie Jeffers Willis. They made their home in Bristol, where Randy grew up with his brother Dan and a group of boys who remained life-long friends. Randy became a CPA after college and loved his job. He was a founding partner of Shaw, Willis & Witherspoon, CPAs, now known as Yeldell, Wilson, Wood & Reeve, PC. Though health problems forced him to leave work, it allowed him more time with his twin boys, whom he loved. He enjoyed music, books, and old movies. Randy was a wonderful father and husband.

He was a member of the Church of Christ of Bristol. His family was the light of his life.

Randy is survived by his wife of 35 years, Tracie Johnson Willis; his two sons and their wives, Kent and Molly Tenney Willis and Keelan and Cherry Xue Willis; his brother, Dan Willis, and sister-in-law Deonna Toomey Willis; his brother- and sister-in-law Greg and Kimberly Hall Johnson; his mother-in-law Dorris Tillery Johnson; his niece Caitlyn Willis Keller and nephew Caleb Willis and their families; and his father and stepmother Randall Sims and Marty Walker Willis. He is preceded in death by his mother, Janie Jeffers Willis.

Pallbearers will be Dan Willis, Greg Johnson, Caleb Willis, Rob L. Witherspoon, Vernon L. Witherspoon, and Gary Witherspoon.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 9, 2018 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary of Ennis.

A Celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at 10 a.m. in the Church of Christ of Bristol, 99 Church Circle, Ennis, Texas with Ronnie Lowe officiating. Interment will follow in Bristol Cemetery under the direction of J.E. Keever Mortuary, Inc.
