May 12, 1959 – September 17, 2018

Phillip Richard Bienski, 59, of Bryan, went to be with his Lord on Monday, September 17, 2018. A time for family to receive friends will be from 9-9:30 am on Friday, September 28, 2018 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Pattison, Texas. A rosary will be recited at 9:30 am with a Mass of Christian Burial to begin at 10 am at Sacred Heart with Fr. David J. DuBois officiating. Interment will follow at 2 pm at Mt. Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Bryan, Texas.

Phillip was born on May 12, 1959, to Leon and Dorothy Bienski. While in high school, he enjoyed playing in the band, playing piano, FFA activities, and showing hogs and broilers. He went Texas A&M University where he obtained his master’s degree and later, a law degree. He spent most of his life as a practicing attorney and worked for the Internal Revenue Service. In his spare time, Phillip enjoyed hunting and gardening.

He is preceded in death by his father Leon, and his brother William.

Phillip leaves behind his mother Dorothy, brother and sister-in-law Lee Don and Carolyn Bienski, and numerous extended family members and friends.

As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions may be sent to Hospice Brazos Valley.
